Born and raised on a corn and soybean farm in Central Illinois, Eric came from a family thatdid residential and commercial development as well as rentals. He followed in their footsteps, buying, renovating and selling properties as investments, and acquiring multifamily property he self-managed to help pay his way through graduate school. Eric is admittedly somewhat of a real estate nerd, and got into this industry because he truly loves being involved in the very personal process of finding homes for his clients. After receiving his first undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Science from St. Louis University, Eric later obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Anesthesia from Columbia University. He worked as a flight instructor and a commercial pilot, then changed careers to pursue Nurse Anesthesia at NYU Langone. His passion for real estate and helping people in the most profound way inspired Eric to become a licensed agent. He can show perfectly renovated mint apartments; yet what really sets him apart is his ability to make suggestions on how to quickly increase a property’s value and functionality. His experience with investment properties in and out of NYC has honed his expertise and eye for potential. “My ultimate goal is to develop longstanding relationships and assist my clients for life. Therefore, I work tirelessly and ethically. The greatest compliment for a job well done is without a doubt referrals.”
