David Francis New York is a private boutique real estate company, specializing in sales, leasing and investments in residential and income property.

The company was founded by David Calderazzo, a licensed real estate broker and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), with many years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Born and raised in Manhattan, David began his real estate career in 1993, and today, most of his business is from personal referrals from a vast spectrum of clients ranging from diplomats, to foreign dignitaries, financiers, lawyers, doctors, show biz celebrities and international investors.
