Set just above the treetops of Tompkins Square Park, the loft captures the park's evolving color and calm while remaining in the center of downtown energy.

Christodora House offers a 24-hour doorman, elevator, laundry on every floor, private storage (as available), and newly renovated common spaces. Built in 1928 and once home to cultural figures including Iggy Pop, Julia Stiles, and Vincent D'Onofrio, it remains a defining piece of East Village history-an enduring symbol of the neighborhood's creative legacy.
